6 Week Training Cycle + Individualized Programming
In this fully customized package, you will receive a 6 week training program written by Dave, based on your current level of fitness and short-term as well as long-term fitness goals. In this training package, you will have the option of training in-person 1x, 2x, or 3x/week. Additionally, you will be given individual workouts and recovery for the days you are away from training with Dave to supplement your in-person sessions each week for 6 weeks.
*Please note, you have 60 days to complete your 6 weeks of individualized programming.
